Since 1989, Rocket Science has applied the primary elements of project management, carpentry, welding, softgoods, and paint fabrication to the needs of Entertainment, Industrial Theater, Exhibit Properties, Permanent Installations, and Public Art projects. We consistently deliver custom scenery that exceeds expectations. Our solid history of new and repeat clients demonstrates that Rocket Science is able to facilitate any fabrication project by using the talents of our staff to produce outstanding scenic presentations.

Our current work is based soundly on our early projects. We began by constructing entertainment sets for performing artists such as Stevie Wonder and Jimmy Buffett. As a matter of course, Rocket Science built sets for industrial theater staging that became an integral part of corporate events for such notable companies as Microsoft, Oracle, Honda and Sony. We have also applied our scenic fabrication skills to projects designed for permanent installations and interiors by constructing the broadcast studio components and furnishings for c|net, Banc of America Securities, and WLS-TV in Chicago.

We have worked with local artists and the San Francisco Arts Commission on various projects. Rocket Science has fabricated and installed original artworks in both the new Main Library and the International Terminal at the San Francisco Airport. We have played an integral part in the restoration of San Francisco landmarks such as Lotta's Fountain and the 200-year old bronze Buddha found in Golden Gate Park's Japanese Tea Garden.
